Entourage, HBO's hit show about life in fast lane of Hollywood, had its season-five premiere party in New York City last night. Go figure.All the cast, including Jerry Ferrara, Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier and Jeremy Piven, donned their finest to walk the carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater.
